A.T.G. (All Things Good) is the creation of designer Stephen "Kristo" Christopherson. Introduced to the Australian market in 2009 the label at its conception was a one-off confluence of fashion and art. Since then it has expanded rapidly and garnered a wide following in Australia and international markets amongst the fashion conscientious.
Kristo was inspired to found ATG after several years working at renowned art gallery China Heights in Sydney, Australia. The gallery is a meeting ground for creatives from all fields and plays an integral role in the city’s arts scene having exhibited artists including Bigfoot, Eric Orr, Zoo York, Mr. Cartoon, design is kinky, Enjoi Skateboards and Adidas along with numerous well known local artists, photographers and designers.
Taking a unique approach to design, A.T.G. began with Kristo’s reinvention and appropriation of detailed floral prints applying them to an all mens’ range of high-end street wear. Having drawn from his experience and the wellspring of artistic endeavor on display at China Heights, Kristos’ work is informed and influenced by a wide array of creative mediums. His close association with the art world allowed him to apply a collaborative approach to the label, working with local and international artists to incorporate them as feature artists for individual ranges under the A.T.G banner.
Moving forward, you'll see A.TG. Collections continuing to use their signature floral prints and artist-inspired ranges, but with a new focus on higher detail finishes and finer fabrics such as New Zealand and Italian wools, silk blends and cashmere garments, as well as the ever popular hand-made leather goods such as designer jackets, hoods and personal luggage.
A.T.G is also proud to launch their first ever women's range for Winter 2012. Again keeping true to collaborations with artists and designers Kristo has brought on board Australian and International based Designer/Artist Nikki Penny as Creative Director for A.T.G women's. Nikki's extensive experience in brand concept, design, pattern drafting and consultancy the past 10 years makes for a great partnership and movement sky high for A.T.G. Working closely Kristo and Nikki initiate collections with a strong collaborative vision making the A.T.G women's reflective of the men's and vice versa.
The Womens' collections access a new view on high fashion street wear. Incorporating sport elements, tech fabrics, a body conscious silhouette and an architectural sensibility. Brought together with Nikkis' signature 90's styling the range is graphic, structured and sexy. The aesthetic direction takes a slick, shape-focused approach, using clean lines, unique concepts and strong attitude to manipulate and twist each piece into the modern.
